So, quite often it is said that population is the no. 1 problem hindering the journey of the country to the prosperity. an insight into the trend of socio-economic development will, however, reveal that it is not the over-population, but the lack of appropriate planning to turn the human population into Human Capital. Which is greatly impending the process of economic development in the country.
